Lala si è messa alla ricerca delle leggendarie guerriere Precure, per chiedere loro aiuto nella ricerca delle dodici penne, le "Princess Star Color Pens" - finite in vari angoli dell’universo - e delle loro principesse. Nel frattempo Fuwa viene catturata dal nemico e Hikaru vuole salvarla. A quel punto appaiono un pendente ed una penna Star Color, permettendo a Hikaru di trasformarsi in una Cure Star. Da allora in poi Hikaru cercherà di trovare le restanti penne e di risvegliare Fuwa, la chiave per risvegliare le restanti principesse.
